Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering, Minimum 6 years of experience in WD, SAP HCM, or relevant HR Applications, Proficiency in Mandarin, Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide Tier 3 support for HR system-related issues, approving system changes
- Liaison between Production Support and HR Business and Global Financial Services
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding system-related issues, improvements
- Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements, provide training, ensure collaboration
- Regional engagement lead to align with global HR roadmap
