We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us scale Micromobility operations in over 200 cities!

</gh-intro>

<gh-about-us>
<title>About us</title>

<text>

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

<title>About the role</title>

<text>

Micromobility is an operationally heavy business. Vehicles need to be deployed, serviced, collected and continuously supported. Hundreds of ops managers, drivers and mechanics are working daily to enable that flow. All of those processes are enabled by the product machinery (App, backoffice CRM and underlying SOPs).

As a product manager you will be responsible for driving the strategy, informing the roadmap and owning the whole portfolio end to end. Your goal will be to improve ops efficiency and ultimately drive vehicle availability on the streets.

This is a challenging role that requires continuous discovery and generalization of key problems that would be relevant for >200 cities of our presence. You’ll work closely with local operations, central operations office and peers from engineering, design and analytics. Within this role you will contribute directly to the business bottomline and the vertical strategy.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t just interested in shipping features, but is eager to own line items in the P&L and drive the whole business growth.
