Your missions

Nimble Talent is seeking an experienced Media Buyer and Planner to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for executing media buying strategies on a performance or outcome basis across multiple channels. Your expertise in customer acquisition and demand generation across affiliate/3rd party social media, programmatic, display, mobile, native, search, video, and emerging platforms will be instrumental in driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media buying strategies based on performance or outcome objectives (i.e., backing into CPI/CPE/CPA/sales/ROAS targets), ensuring alignment with client goals and target audiences.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaign delivery across all applicable digital channels, with a primary focus on affiliate/3rd party social media (e.g., Meta, etc.).
  • Work closely with sales, account management, and our clients to understand their campaign needs, and opportunities to scale.
  • Based on client inputs, develop and own the strategic demand-gen plan designed to drive success across multiple digital advertising channels.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify optimal media channels, platforms, and partners for campaign execution.
  • Craft strategic, compelling and visually appealing content (images + copy) to look endemic to each media platform and capture mid-low funnel traffic.
  • Navigate social media ad platforms, tracking, policies, and 3rd party advertising restrictions to gain approvals and deliver profitable campaigns.
  • Analyze campaigns against KPIs and execute optimizations to improve performance and deliver scalable results.
  • Build client-facing reports and presentations that effectively highlight campaign results and recommendations for future success. Understanding and communicating the drivers of campaign performance and attribution will be critical to these efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices in media buying, and apply that knowledge to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new media partners and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, exclusive placements, and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance guidelines, ensuring all media buying activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

  • Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, planning, and optimizing, with a focus on customer acquisition/demand generation driving performance-based KPIs (i.e., CPI/CPE/CPA/CPL).
  • Proficiency across multiple media channels, such as: programmatic, display, mobile, search, video, native, and emerging platforms.
  • Expertise in buying affiliate/3rd party paid social (i.e., whitelisted ads; not run under brand handle/page).
  • Proven experience in paid media content management, ideating and developing compelling static and video assets/copy that drive customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using media buying software, platforms, and ad tech tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and proactive team player, who views problems and ambiguity as an opportunity to work together to learn and improve.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in media buying.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
