Raptive’s Enterprise team drives success for our largest customers with exceptional service and innovative solutions. To support the team’s continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to manage direct campaigns sold by our publishers' in-house sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.

The Enterprise Campaign Manager will manage and optimize publisher-sold direct deals, develop relationships with clients and agencies, establish best practices, and ensure flawless campaign execution. Core responsibilities include achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving campaign success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage publisher direct deal performance, communication, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Develop best practices and protocols for client-sold direct campaign management.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers, Ad Ops, and the publishers’s teams to ensure campaigns launch on time with optimal targeting for hitting KPIs.
  • Provide strategic guidance on campaign optimizations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist publishers in answering questions for their RFI/RFPs.
  • Oversee direct deal onboarding process for new publishers.
  • Own all aspects of campaign reporting, including forecasting, pacing reports, discrepancy management, post-campaign wrap reports, and billing.

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably at a publisher or agency
  • A track record of exceeding campaign objectives through active optimization
  • Proficiency with ad servers, third-party measurement, and other marketing tools, such as GAM, DCM, DV, IAS, and Innovid
  • Excellent project management skills and communication across departments and functions
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client-centric mindset 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional  incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
