Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Specialist to join our team. The Construction Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for construction and cleaning teams, coordinating deliveries, communicating with residents, and handling vendor invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in customer service and scheduling, and the ability to collect and present month-end data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules for construction and cleaning teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate deliveries from suppliers such as Lowes and Home Depot to various properties.
  • Resident Communication: Follow up on resident move-in experiences and communicate renovation-related notices to nearby residents.
  • Invoice Management: Create and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Data Management: Collect, interpret, and present month-end data to stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and scheduling is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Email, Docs, Excel, Sheets, etc.).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Appfolio software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment.
