PubMatic is at the forefront of bringing addressability to the digital advertising ecosystem to ensure that publishers can continue to drive superior revenue, and advertisers can likewise drive excellent ROI. This is a new role in the Platform Solutions team, catering to the needs of the Addressability business vertical. The Solutions Engineer - Addressability, will drive the Identity Hub (PubMatic’s Identity Wrapper) implementations with the publishers along with leading the relationship with the Identity vendors.
The responsibilities include partnering with the internal and external teams by designing and executing implementation plans for customers, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to coordinate and develop resources, and supporting the Sales team to drive opportunities with new partnerships and grow existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an agile team environment or startup but also experience with a large organization with established systems and processes.
Responsibilities:

Work with publishers to implement PubMatic's identity solution called Identity Hub.

Collaborate with the business development team and be the technical point of contact for Identity partner relationships.

Conduct POCs with ID vendors in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams.

Conduct training sessions and participate in the the GTM activities with the marketing team.

Influence Product roadmap functionality based on market-driven requirements, optimizations, and escalations.

Actively respond to escalations for Identity Hub clients relating to integration issues, reporting, and any other technical issues.
Requirements:

Ability to present clear project plans and communicate with teams to reach desired results on time

Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to engineers and customers

Ability to serve as a "translator" to internal sales and non-technical customers

Strong knowledge of data management systems Oracle/MySQL, web development API protocols, HTML, Javascript, HTTP.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical stream
Compensation And Benefits:
Base Compensation Range: $115,000 - $125,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units and a competitive benefits package.
