Position Description
We are immediately hiring a strong Product Marketing Manager/Sr Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the New York City office.
We are seeking a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the go-to-market execution, streamlining internal release processes, and collaborating with key global stakeholders to tailor messaging, packaging, and delivery of PubMatic’s Commerce and Publisher Growth solutions to market.
You will help drive the commercialization process, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Corporate Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. Collaboration is crucial to your success in this role as you will work across different teams in multiple markets. This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Product Marketing, Commerce.
Responsibilities:
Your success will be measured by specific product marketing success metrics and program OKRs tied to your ability to:
- Own core product marketing deliverables across end-to-end GTM launch planning for all release levels, product demos for sales training, learning and development; product-based demand generation assets, product positioning and messaging playbooks
- Support the go-to-market product roadmap, strategy, and execution of product launches
- Lead in cross-functional team alignment across product, commercial, legal, marketing and others
- Create sales success stories, case studies, sales guides, and product collateral
- Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
- Communicate, educate, and evangelize new product advancements to our commercial sales teams
- Align with Corporate Marketing to help drive content thought leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creating and executing marketing strategies including but not limited to product marketing or sales marketing, preferably at a start-up or agency
- Proven track record with delivery in a fast-paced environment, the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and a passion for technology (prior experience in AdTech a huge plus!).

- Experience launching products or product features with cross-departmental alignment, and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally
- Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, & presentation skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, and initiative
- Familiarity with an advanced product marketing tech stack, experience with Salesforce CRM, Pendo (Product Experience Solution), Highspot (Content Management Solution), Responsive (RFP/RFI Solution) or equivalent software a huge plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to sell ideas through creative and innovative storytelling.
Base + Bonus Compensation Range: $155,000-175,000
