Position Overview:

Cellebrite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product for our Digital Forensics Business Unit. This role will drive the product strategy, development, and execution for our digital forensics solutions. The VP of Product will lead a talented team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Digital Forensics Business Unit, aligned with Cellebrite’s overall business goals and market opportunities.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth and differentiation within the digital forensics space.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch support, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our products meet their needs and expectations.
  • Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with business unit objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a VP role within the digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering market-leading SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create a clear 3Y vision with a plan to achieve it.
  • Excellent multicultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with using PLG to drive usage and business growth is a plus.


Willingness to travel 30% (mainly US clients)
