What You'll Do: 

As the Vice President, Revenue Operations you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Revenue Operations function. This position is responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to enhance the capabilities of our revenue team, increase their efficiency, and ultimately drive both sales and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reshaping and modernizing the revenue function within Ministry Brands, with a focus on commercial and enterprise selling motions. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the continued growth and maturation of a market-leading revenue operations function to support all elements of the revenue team (new logo sales, renewals, marketing, and partner management) 

  • Develop, implement, and manage a Sales Enablement program designed to support the sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel 

  • Develop revenue reporting standards that support key metrics and KPI that drive continuous improvement for revenue leaders and account executives 

  • Own and support quarterly Board Deck, monthly sales and marketing performance reviews and weekly sales flash reports 

  • Lead weekly forecast calls with sales leaders and monthly sales team all-hands meetings 

  • Manage annual SKO (Sales Kick-Off Meeting) to energize, align and execute on annual revenue growth targets 

  • Partner with CRO to manage annual President’s Club Award Trip 

  • Own pricing strategy and governance for all Ministry Brands Solutions to drive value realization, implement creative budling strategies, discount controls and deal review processes in partnership with finance, legal, product and customer success  

  • Create a structured framework for onboarding, training, and continuous development of the revenue team 

  • Evaluate existing sales processes, methodologies, and tools and identify areas for improvement 

  • Recommend processes and tools that will move the Ministry Brands commercial selling function into a more digital-first function that engages with clients and prospects in a way that mirrors the clients’ preferred buying process 

  • Lead initiatives to modernize and streamline revenue operations, making them more efficient and effective 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Product, to create and curate sales content, materials, and tools 

  • Ensure that the revenue teams have easy access to up-to-date product information, market insights, and competitive intelligence 

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs that align with Ministry Brands' business goals 

  • Identify appropriate training resources (internal and external) needed to provide both onboarding training for new associates and continuing education for tenured resources 

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the revenue team to enhance their skills and product knowledge 

  • Identify and implement the necessary technology and tools to enable sales productivity, including CRM systems, sales analytics, and communication platforms 

  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales enablement initiatives 

 

Who You Are: 

  • Passionate about revenue operations and enthusiastic about helping purpose driven organizations  

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA, preferred  

  • 7+ years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, with a track record of driving revenue in a high-growth environment 

  • Prior experience in direct sales, marketing, or another client-facing role, preferred 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization 

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights 

  • Experience with sales technology and CRM systems, Salesforce & Salesloft are a plus 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and transformation within sales functions 

Physical Considerations: 

  • Ability to work in a general office environment 

  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone 

  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and days 

 

Travel Considerations: 

  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%
