Your mission

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Account Executive, der unser Team verstärkt und deskbirds Expansion im DACH-Markt vorantreibt. In dieser Schlüsselrolle unterstützt du B2B-Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer hybriden Arbeitsmodelle. 

Du förderst das Wachstum in deinem Gebiet, indem du aktiv zum Abschluss von inbound-, outbound-Mid-Market- und Enterprise-Leads beiträgst.

In this role you will
  • Langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen.
  • Erfolgreich Inbound-Mid-Market- und Enterprise-Leads abschließen.
  • Deine eigene Pipeline für Outbound-Möglichkeiten entwickeln und verwalten.
  • Die Expansion von deskbird auf den DACH-Märkten vorantreiben.
  • Die Verantwortung für das Verständnis und die Positionierung von deskbird auf dem DACH-Märkten übernehmen.
  • Organisationsziele im Blick behalten und erreichen, und dabei bewährte Best-Practice einhalten
What you need to be successful
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer B2B-Account-Executive-Rolle (oder ähnlich), vorzugsweise im SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Leidenschaft für Outbound-Vertrieb und eigene Pipeline-Generierung.
  • Muttersprache Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie hervorragende Englischkenntnisse.
  • Vertrautheit mit der DACH-Geschäftskultur und den Markttrends.
