Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our healthcare team at 100Plus/ConnectAmerica. This role is pivotal in developing and marketing an independent contractor model focused on lead generation for our remote patient monitoring (RPM) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, a deep understanding of remote patient monitoring solutions, and proven experience in driving business growth through effective lead generation strategies.


Responsibilities:


      1.    Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy specifically targeting healthcare providers interested in remote patient monitoring services.

      2.    Independent Contractor Model: Design and market an independent contractor model to recruit and manage a network of agents focused on generating qualified leads for our RPM business.

      3.    Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and assess competitor activities in the remote patient monitoring space.

      4.    Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, physician groups, and healthcare organizations.

      5.    Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support lead generation efforts.

      6.    Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation activities, providing regular reports and insights to management.

      7.    Training and Support: Provide training and support to independent contractors to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively generate leads and represent our RPM services.

      8.    Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize lead generation strategies and contractor model based on feedback, market dynamics, and performance metrics.


Qualifications:


      •     Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in healthcare business development or sales, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition. Experience in remote patient monitoring or telehealth solutions is highly desirable.

      •     Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly in relation to remote patient monitoring, healthcare technology solutions, and healthcare service delivery models.

      •     Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

      •     Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

      •     Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

      •     Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and independently as needed.

      •     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or training in healthcare sales or business development are a plus.
