Job Description:
• Designs and conducts Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) studies to advance the organization’s understanding of healthcare outcomes and ensuring the integration of real-world evidence into the development and evaluation of medical technologies.
• Identify HEOR evidence requirements and gaps to support the design and execution of RWE, observational, and cost analysis
• modelling. Designs and conducts usability testing for regulatory submissions: Develops and implements robust usability testing
• protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of user-friendly medical
• technologies.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Perform onsite research.
• Be willing to travel 20%-35% of his/her working time.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
• Experience in a clinical domain of healthcare.
• Direct work experience in a Health Economics Outcomes Research Role.
• Required Master degree in health related field or desired Qualifications: PhD or Clinical doctoral degree (MD, PharmD) with a master’s degree in health economics, health services research, statistics, economics, or epidemiology.
Must have: Experience in survey design and quantitative methods such as patient reported outcome measurement development and/or patient preference studies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in leading and managing HEOR projects on Cost-Consequence Analysis (CCA), Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Cost-Minimization Analysis (CMA), Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) and Cost-Utility Analysis (CUA).
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to healthcare outcomes research and evidence generation, including experience with designing and conducting usability testing for regulatory submissions.
Working Conditions:

local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
