Job Summary:  

The SVP, Lean Transformation will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of our lean culture and leadership, lean methodologies and practices across the enterprise. This role will involve teaching and mentoring leaders and cross-functional teams, establishing a robust lean culture and practice, and managing offshore resourcing to optimize processes and achieve business objectives. 

Responsibilities:

Lean Implementation:  

Lead the deployment of lean methodologies across the organization. 

Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

Develop and execute strategic plans for lean transformation initiatives. 

 

Lean Culture implementation: 

Lead our lean way of working, supported by the Executive Leadership Team. 

Coach and mentor team leaders to build a successful lean leadership culture. 

Supporting the essential qualities of lean leadership. 

 

Cross-Functional Team Training:  

Design and deliver training programs on lean best practices for cross-functional teams. 

Coach and mentor team members to build lean capabilities and sustain improvements. 

Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement events (e.g., Kaizen events) to foster a culture of lean thinking. 

 

Lean Practice Setup:  

Establish a comprehensive lean practice framework for the enterprise. 

Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and metrics to drive lean initiatives. 

Collaborate with senior leadership to enable achievement of business goals and objectives through the lean way of working. 

 

Offshore Resourcing:  

Manage and coordinate offshore resourcing to support business initiatives. 

Ensure seamless integration of offshore teams with onshore operations. 

Implement best practices for offshore resource management to maximize productivity. 

 

Continuous Improvement:  

Drive continuous improvement culture and projects to deliver measurable business results. 

Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. 

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain improvements. 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Certified Lean Leader (CLL) and Lean Gold Certification (LGC) preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in lean methodologies, with a proven track record of successful implementations. 
  • Extensive experience in training and mentoring cross-functional teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and lead lean practices on an enterprise-wide scale. 
  • Experience managing offshore resourcing and integrating offshore teams with onshore operations. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
Pay Range: USD $225,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
