Your missions

Job Summary
We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist to join our team in Colombia. This multifaceted role is integral to the success of our business, requiring a hands-on individual with strong PPC and eCommerce knowledge who can make an immediate impact. You will be responsible for ensuring all SKUs are correctly connected to various marketplaces, maintaining error-free listings, and optimizing product pricing. Additionally, you will drive traffic and sales through digital marketing and promotion, leveraging data analysis and reporting tools.

⚙️ Responsibilities
  • Create and optimize listings: Develop listings from scratch, including photos and detailed product descriptions. Connect to existing marketplace listings or bulk upload listings via forms. Research product details and competitor listings to optimize content for online search. Ensure accuracy and precision in listing creation and maintenance.
  • Manage pricing and listings: Ensure all products are priced appropriately across multiple marketplaces. Monitor pricing strategies and adjust as needed to remain competitive. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Drive traffic and sales: Craft and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. Optimize listings for search engines and manage online advertising campaigns. Analyze website metrics, sales data, and consumer behavior patterns to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and support: Assist other departments and peers with listing details and digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing and promotional strategies.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with experience in multiple marketplaces, including Amazon. Ideally, candidates should have Amazon FBA knowledge.
  • General knowledge of computers and mobile devices; Apple products knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite apps, as well as CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong research skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with different levels in the organization.
  • Strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Mercado Libre and Tiendamia marketplaces is a plus.
