We seek a Senior Lead Data Analyst to join the People Analytics team to drive initiatives that will harness the power of diverse datasets – including people, financial, and operational data - to execute analytics that will ultimately produce data-driven guidance to our global leadership as they shape our future.

About the Role

At its core, this role will uncover hidden patterns in data to unlock strategic insights for our business leaders. You will collaborate closely with fellow analysts, data scientists and HR specialists to ensure the soundness of your results and recommendations. To ensure that your analysis will support the goals of our business, you’ll engage with business leaders, managers and stakeholders.

With a global mandate and collaborating with a broad set of experts at your disposal, you will harness your expertise in data analysis, statistics, business fundamentals and communication skills to uncover valuable insights and transform raw data into compelling stories and visualizations.

Core to this ability to translate data to guidance for our business leaders will be the use of Workday, our integrated data, process and reporting platform. Your ability to leverage the power of this singular platform as the hub of data integration, analytics and visualization support will drive our collective vision forward.

Your proficiency in analytics will be pivotal in modelling our workforce dynamics, ensuring the maximization of employee skills across projects, and optimizing performance to increase employee experience and ultimately maximize profit.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise (3+yrs) in advanced data analytics and analytical techniques
• Proven track record of supporting advanced analytics (strongly prefer experience leveraging tools like Knime or Altryx and/or languages like R or Python)
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build intuitive data visualizations that drive business decisions
• Project work that has provided a solid grasp of data fundamentals (e.g., assessment and improvement of data quality, considerations in executing an ETL)

• Consultative communication style with the ability to translate problems into analytics
• Willing to take advantage of remote work and flexible hours to support global clients

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance or similar
• Workday experience, including report writing and PRISM
• Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma, PRINCE2
