Salary Range: up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance Reddit Manager to serve as the voice of our two career-focused brands on Reddit. The candidate will be responsible for growing our organic presence on Reddit, engaging with users, sharing articles, and bringing brand awareness and value to the platform's engaged and passionate users. They will create and implement a strategy aligned with our overall social media strategy, as set by our Social Media Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce and manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling across Reddit.
Data Analysis: Interpret and respond to data, making particular note of whats over or underperforming and adjusting social copy and calendars accordingly.
Quality Assurance: Take pride in QAing content to ensure that all posts publish as intended.
Community Engagement: Monitor comments and engage with users.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: 2+ years of experience working on and/or running multiple social media accounts for nationally recognized brands (digital media brands preferred).
Attention to Detail: Unparalleled attention to detail and takes pride in clean, grammatically correct copy.
Proactive Personality: Enjoys identifying problems or gaps in our Reddit strategy and coming up with thoughtful, creative solutions.
Data-Driven Mindset: Motivated when the numbers are good and immediately wants to dive in and find fixes when the numbers are down.
Collaboration Skills: Natural collaborator who enjoys working with a fun, hard-working content team and is excited about a role that collaborates with every corner of the business.
