Within the Product Management product team, the configuration specialist is the global solution expert for all group product master data systems, able to quickly change/update setups, to test/document changes when new releases are deployed and to interact with key users for questions or ad-hoc deep-dives on technical topics.

The right candidate has previous experience in administrating global enterprise platforms and has a deep understanding of master data solutions, as well as the access management guiding principles (RLS and segregation of duty).

Your key missions: 

The responsibilities encompass ensuring the seamless integration of products into both internal and market-developed systems. This involves performing analysis, configurations, interfaces integrations, and tests to verify product quality and performance, ultimately validating deployment.

  • Product lifecycle management : You will analyze requirements from new products, compare them to existing systems specifications. Deep dive on technical and functional specifications, dependencies and interactions between new product and existing systems. Configure required parameters, security settings, options functionalities & modules. Define and perform required functional, performance, security and compatibility tests. Manage interfaces integrations and integration test

  • Incident management : You will investigate incidents related to integration issues at level 2/3 and contribute to resolution

  • Product Catalog Management : You will participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager

  • Mastery of the IT solutions of the product domain/sub-domain

  • Experience in Configuration/Asset Management

  • Strong technical foundations, incl. expertise on engineering & development and integration topics

  • Realistic & critical thinking, with the ability to balance business needs with viability & feasibility constraints

  • Mastery of Pernod Ricard Tech policies & principles (architecture, security…)

  • Collaboration & agile ways of working
