Job description

Your Mission

As a (Senior) Product Manager you will be responsible for creating a product vision, developing the roadmap and working on new product features while working closely with our CPO as well as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and Design teams.

Your Responsibilities

You will drive the processes, strategy and roadmap across a wide scope and shape both the product and culture of Predium
You will closely work with the founding team to implement and develop the vision of the Predium platform
You will own the product development processes from discovery to delivery
You will partner closely with our customers and our internal Customer Success, Sales and Engineering teams to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
You will help grow the product team and cultureÂ

Your Profile

You have experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS start-up or a similar fast paced environment
You have shipped software features that users love at scale
You have an extreme attention to detail and a high bar for product excellence
You have a strong analytical mindset and thrive in ambiguous situations
You have strong written and verbal German communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
You have an entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves, set up and drive execution, turn incomplete, conflicting, or early inputs into solid product requirements
You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
