As part of our fast - growing pace, we are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager join our team!

Role Summary:
 
The Field Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the Marketing team and responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing plan designed to generate demand and pipeline in support of the company’s growth targets. You will collaborate with the Sales team to understand the field focus accounts, sales priorities, and top channel partners so you can define and determine the optimal marketing plan—including virtual events, live events, digital programs and activities including webinars, regional content syndication, and various end-user demand generation activities with channel partners.
 
The role is essential in guiding regional program development, ensuring sales management is kept aware of marketing strategies, and proactively driving alignment between the field and corporate marketing. This individual will work cross-functionally with members of the sales, marketing, partner and customer success teams to define the regional marketing strategy. Additionally, this position will be responsible for actively measuring performance and ROI. This individual will report to the VP of Growth Marketing.
 
What You'll Do:
 
·       Partner with regional sales leaders to establish priorities aligned to both corporate objectives and local needs
·       Coordinate and manage all aspects of regional field marketing activities and act as the onsite event manager
·       Work closely with corporate marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and other functional leaders to develop and execute regional activities aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.
·       Collaborate with channel partners and the CAMs to build channel marketing programs 
·       Grow the database of targetable contacts in the right accounts and with the right job title in alignment with GDPR guidelines
·       Ensure the regional sales team is aware of marketing activities, tools, and materials available to enable sales – act as a marketing partner to the region.
·       Work with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns, events, etc. can be effectively measured and report the success of initiatives to marketing and sales leadership.
·       Collaborate with PR agencies to support regional activities to drive visibility and brand awareness.
·       Identify and engage potential marketing partners including associations and other member-based organizations to develop and implement joint marketing programs.
·       Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring spending stays within the approved budget.
·       Actively seek out new and different tactics to reach the target buyers.
 
 
What You'll Need:
 
·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
·       5+ years of technology marketing experience, ideally in enterprise security
·       5+ years of marketing experience within the European continent
·       2+ years in event management
·       Multilingual strongly preferred (English, French, Spanish, etc)
·       2+ years security industry experience preferred
·       Experience working with PR agencies a plus
·       Experience working collaboratively with global, cross functional teams
·       Proven success designing marketing programs to generate qualified leads across a broad range of tactics including events, webinars, digital, and social media
·       Detail-oriented, organized, and able to successfully direct multiple projects through completion while accelerating business results
·       Data-driven, budget-conscious, creative problem solver
·       Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar tools for tracking opportunities and reporting ROI
·       Strong written and verbal communications skills
·       Must have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
