Your responsibilities
  • CRM strategy development in more than 10 European markets.
  • Collaborates in the definition of channel strategy, final target audience and campaign personalisation criteria with input from the Segmentation Specialist.
  • Oversees an efficient campaign strategy across all channels (email, push, inbox, SMS, Whatsapp) with an emphasis on personalisation to ensure that the content sent across the channel mix is relevant to customers.
  • Support and participation in the activities developed by the Marketing department: CRM, Design coordination, campaigns launches. 
  • Discover, ideate and build communications across the customer LTV to improve acquisition and activation, engagement, and CLV.
  • Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve performance effectiveness and refresh best practices.
  • Develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practice and innovative approaches to campaigning.
  • Support in content management to adapt the way in which we communicate with our customers.
Your profile
  • Min. 2 years experience in lifecycle marketing, product or a similar field (preferably in an e-commerce industry).
  • Knowledge of Shopify and klaviyo is a plus.
  • Data driven approach to campaign analysis, testing and roadmap development.
  • Experience owning, implementing and managing customer lifecycles (from acquisition to reactivation).
  • Strong project & programme management ability.
  • Content management and campaign copy
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
