Responsibilities:
Growing sales, customers and profitability in line with company expectation
Provide excellent customer service and quality products to customers
Identify new markets opportunities( application & customer) in north China
Conduct market survey and competitive analysis to establish sound annual and long-range objectives
Work with distributors, dealers and agents
To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection and Occupation health
Qualifications:
A degree in Rubber, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration from an established University
At least three years of sales experience in specialty chemicals and/or at least three years technical or production experience in the rubber related manufacturing environment
Proven skills at troubleshooting in the field, and hands-on engineering experience
Good spoken and written English
