Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, selection and hiring of high-quality and diverse staff in a high-quality, time, and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter also is responsible for the development and enhancement of recruiting infrastructure to produce high-quality and diverse hires. This position reports to CHRO and supports the organization broadly in the meeting our strategic growth initiative.
Responsibilities:
Develops hiring plans with hiring leaders, which includes an ideal candidate summary, a sourcing strategy, and a selection plan
To support new center launches and ongoing hiring needs, collaborates with Marketing and Communications department and HR Team to develop and collaboratively implement a recruitment strategy
Monitors outreach effectiveness and adapts accordingly
Acts as SME of ATS system, ensures data accuracy, and continuously drives high utilization and adoptions of recruiting system and processes
Proactively tracks critical recruiting KPIs and aligns priorities accordingly.
Drafts postings and implements sourcing; ensuring diversity outreach is included
Selects resumes for further consideration
Develops interview guides and affiliated screening tools
Conducts phone interviews
Participates in interviews and acts in a consultative role to hiring teams
Acts in an advisory role to hiring leaders through the process to ensure consistent and legal procedures are followed, and highly selective standards are upheld
Ensures finalists are smoothly transitioned through the offer and onboarding process.
Provides support to the HR coordinator through recruiting/onboarding process when needed to drive excellent candidate experience.
In cases of high-volume recruiting, maintains and communicates recruiting funnels. Utilizes this data for planning and predictions
Maintains close communication with leaders to proactively identify future hiring needs
Effectively prioritizes and manages the recruitment of a high volume of varying positions to support new school launches while adhering to and providing input toward a strategic hiring timeline
Ensures processes, etc., are conducted in a highly professional and legally compliant manner

Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
At least 4+ years in a talent acquisition-related role
Preferred recruiting experience in supporting a technology, multi-state organization
