Job Title: Community Manager

Reports To: Community Engagement Team Lead

Location: Remote, Philippines (Mexico Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaging environment within our Skool community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly post content to engage and inform community members on Skool.
  • Ensure timely and helpful responses to all community questions.

  • Guide community members to appropriate resources and information.

  • Manage the content calendar and notify members of upcoming events.

  • Collect and relay feedback from the community.

  • Organize and manage virtual events to keep the community engaged.

  • Track community engagement metrics and report on community health.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of posted content.

  • Enforce community values and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in community management or a related role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive experience for all community members.

  • Proven tactics to increase community engagement, both online and in video calls.
  • Comfortable using various social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with Skool communities and tools is a plus. (Prefered)

  • Experience with educational or online community platforms is a plus. (Prefered)
