Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier

Salary: 18,000- 20,000 PHP/ month

The Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier will be part of the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, that provides services such as billing, collections, and payments posting for Dental clinics/service providers in the United States.

• Confirm dental insurance eligibility via web portal, fax back, phone call.
• Gather patient eligibility for specific Dental Procedures, including coverage percentages, history, frequency limitations, billing guidelines
• Enter eligibility information in the Dental clinic's Practice Management System.
• Work with the Dental clinic real time to verify eligibility of walk-in patients and specific diagnosed procedure(s).

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier
• Familiarity with Dental Insurance policy types, PPO, HMO, MediCal.
• Ability to navigate one or more major Dental Practice Management system(s), specifically scheduling, patient demographics, insurance information.
• Procedural understanding of general dentistry procedures
• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
• Data entry skills (40 WPM or better)
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
• Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection
