Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, long-form content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling and a strong command of written communication.
Desired Experience:
● Proven experience in long-form content creation. (at least 2 years)
● Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and creativity.
● Ability to strategize and create a content brief.
● Familiarity with SEO best practices and an understanding of content marketing principles.
● Prior experience in creating technical content (related to dev and testing).
● Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks is an asset.
● Ability to convey complex technical information in an engaging and accessible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create compelling and original long-form content for a variety of platforms such as websites, guides, blogs etc.,.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and ensure the content aligns with the overall strategy.
● Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and produce content that reflects current market insights.
● Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and style.
● Collaborate with other writers, designers, and marketers to enhance the overall effectiveness of content.
Qualifications:
● Excellent research skills to gather information from diverse sources.
● Strong organisational and time-management skills.
● Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
● Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of software testing concepts, methodologies, and industry trends.
● Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
