What you'll do
Regnology is embarking on an exciting journey to enhance our sales operations and customer relationship management by migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our team. 
This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the capabilities of Salesforce to drive our revenue operations.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce environment with 100+ users.
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
    • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
    • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
    • Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Revenue Cloud / CPQ Implementation:
    • Partner with a third-party implementation partner and internal stakeholders to ensure successful migration from HubSpot to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ.
    • Configure and manage CPQ functionalities including product and price book management, quote templates, and discount schedules.
    • Develop and maintain custom solutions and integrations related to CPQ.
    • Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for Revenue Cloud / CPQ implementations.
  • Project Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and third-party implementation partners.
    • Develop project plans, monitor project progress, and report on key milestones.
    • Ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions in line with business needs.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and cleansing.
    • Implement data migration strategies and tools to ensure seamless transition from HubSpot to Salesforce.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
    • Manage and resolve issues related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ functionalities.

  • Additional Salesforce certifications related to Revenue Cloud / CPQ preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Revenue Cloud / CPQ.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • You are based in Romania with advanced level of English.
  • Experience with data migration and third-party integration tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with HubSpot to Salesforce migrations.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
