Job Description & Summary

We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our ambitious Deals team! Our Deals team aims to assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, throughout the whole transaction process. 

We are looking for a person focused on Transaction Services and able to support Valuation and Corporate finance teams on certain projects. Transaction Services assist our corporate clients, private businesses, private equity firms and investment funds through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. 

As a Senior Consultant you'll work on transactions with a diverse range of clients. It's an opportunity to build deals experience, including analysis of financial and non-financial business information, as well as wider deals execution know-how. In particular you’ll get to grips with the processes of financial due diligence, including the identification of value drivers and detailed financial analysis. You’ll also develop skills in writing issued-focused due diligence reports for our corporate and private equity clients.

As our new Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Participate in our major due diligence, valuation and M&A lead advisory projects in various industries

  • Analyse and present financial information (i.e. Income, Balance sheet and Cash flow statements), as well as underlying key performance drivers

  • Assess key valuation metrics used to bridge Enterprise and Equity value by analyzing underlying EBITDA, working capital requirements and net (financial) debt

  • Provide insight on other (non-) financial risks and opportunities specific to the business and relevant to consider in a transaction context

  • Add value to the targeted transaction by transforming key findings into price adjustments and proposed warranties

  • Form financial and business views on the targeted transaction, identify key deal’s issues,  write reports, discuss findings with leaders and present to clients

  • Support Valuation and Corporate finance teams with analysis

  • Supervise and coach younger colleagues

  • Work along with our top-rated Global Deals team

You are our perfect candidate if you:
  • Have at least 3 years of previous work experience in business analysis, financial auditing, financial due diligence, corporate finance, business valuation or other related areas

  • Have a university degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration or other related field

  • Have strong numeracy and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Have a genuine interest in the Lithuanian business environment and you are able to see the big picture behind the details

  • Are self-confident, flexible and have positive approach that remains unchanged even in critical situations

  • Are fluent in English and Lithuanian

  • Have a professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CFA) or having a progress towards obtaining such, is an advantage


 

Our offer:
  • The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2500 to 4000 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
