Golang Developer

RecruitGo is searching for a GoLang Developer to work with us. In this role, you will be technically leading the company and targeting new standards and high-quality code design.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathetic, community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Attend design team meetings
• Technically leading the company and targeting new standards and high-quality code design
• GoLang programming and design
• Work with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Prepare technical specifications and reports
• Production of both outline and detailed design, and construction of software solutions
• Undertake feasibility studies and investigative reports
• Periodic code reviews and software inspections for quality assurance
• Utilizing design software packages with high levels of attention to detail and formatting abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Typically, around 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in GoLang
•  5+ years experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++/C#, Python, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, Rust, etc.
• A team player with good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent English required
• Financially astute with effective planning and organization skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
• Willingness to learn and challenge for better delivery of service to our clients
• Background in mechanical or other relevant trades is welcome but not required
