Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with strong recruitment skills and expertise, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, the capacity to work independently, and strong multitasking capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Must have at least 1+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • Must have experience with various job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful placements in high-growth and enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Source and attract candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on candidate progress
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
