Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Lead with a solid foundation in backend development and data
engineering to spearhead our engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience
in seed-stage startups and a passion for developing products from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
● Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering
team, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and architecture.
● Product Development: Drive the development of product features based on customer
feedback, from concept to launch, with a deep understanding of customer needs. Play a
pivotal role in driving product features.
● Hands-on Contribution: Actively engage in coding, code reviews, and resolving
technical challenges.
● Mentorship: Assist other engineers in solving complex problems, guiding them from
problem definition to solution design.
● Architecture and Design: Oversee the architecture and development of backend
systems and data infrastructure, ensuring they are robust and efficient.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in a technical leadership role within a small startup environment.
● Extensive experience in backend technologies and data engineering.
● Experience in fintech is a plus; front-end development experience is beneficial but not
required.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication of technical concepts.
● Demonstrated success in bringing products from concept to market.
