<title>About the role</title>

We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage merchant operations in Malta. 

You will be working closely with the other Operations Specialists, Operations Managers, Country Manager and HQ teams where your work will drive business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.

<title>Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</title>

  • <point> Improving operations - Scale and improve country operations by reviewing current and defining new workflows. Oversee merchant's operations, onboarding and content quality. Solve problems including but not limiting pricing optimization, fraud decrease, refund optimization, and timely delivery to bring savings and drive orders growth. </point>

  • <point> Data analysis - Provide business and data analysis to cross line of business initiatives. Automate and standardize as many processes as you can in order to decrease operations costs and efficiency. </point>

  • <point>  Own and deliver key operational metrics - Make sure to achieve country targets with operations excellence and overall performance. Report progress and KPIs in a proactive and timely manner. </point>

  • <point> Team and stakeholders management - You’ll manage the operations team in the market and coordinate with other departments and third-party providers to make our operations more efficient. Foster strong collaboration within local teams, central team and external partners to ensure seamless collaborations and delivery of projects and KPIs. </point>

  • <point> Project Management- Identify and work closely with other teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues in country operations. Manage local projects so they align with country and HQ requirements. </point>

  • <point> You are an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems. </point>

  • <point> You are able to work optimally in a matrix environment driving cross-functional collaboration with excellent organizational and project management skills. </point>
