Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven CRM Strategist who loves sports and knows how to use data to supercharge player engagement and retention. In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating and rolling out CRM strategies that drive growth and keep players coming back for more. You'll be hands-on with CRM retargeting, onsite communications, and cross-selling initiatives across multiple channels. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and manage onsite communication channels like email, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Craft and implement CRM retargeting strategies to win back inactive players.
  • Dive into player behavior data to tailor personalized campaigns.
  • Continuously tweak campaigns to boost conversion rates and player lifetime value.
  • Work with design and content teams to create eye-catching messages across all channels.
  • Make sure communications align with brand and marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategies to cross-sell different features and game functionalities to current players.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to spot cross-selling opportunities and craft enticing offers.
  • Use player data to segment the base for personalized marketing.
  • Keep an eye on CRM campaign performance and offer insights for improvement.
  • Run A/B tests to fine-tune messaging and campaign elements.
  • Ensure all CRM activities follow regulations and data protection laws.
  • Manage the CRM budget effectively to get the best ROI.
