Successor Team Leader

Currently, our Market Making Department is in search of a Successor Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and support your team, manage feedback and error resolution
• Establish work processes, delegate tasks, and monitor execution
• Create and maintain client assignment frameworks
• Oversee project management at the BU level
• Set, monitor, and control key metrics; ensure service quality
• Develop business and trading strategies with your team

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (B2-C1 level) and Russian (C1-C2)
• Key skills: delivery, project, and people management
• At least 1 year of team management experience
• Quick-thinking and adaptable personality
• Strong logical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
  Beneficiary: At least 1 year of trading experience | Experience with cryptocurrencies | Bachelor’s Degree in the related field (Mathematics, Economic or Finance)
