Your role as the Project Manager
The Project Manager role is responsible for capacity planning, launch planning, and managing timelines and work-back plans for specific product launch needs. Excellent communications coordination and landing will be key components, as well as stakeholder and resource management. Bring your expertise to understand how to utilize multiple resources to craft a successful communications strategy, manage timelines and work streams, and deliver status updates to both leadership and field stakeholders and communities.

We are seeking candidates in the Greater Atlanta, GA area for collaboration capability; all our roles are remote/work-from-home, but we like to get our regional teams together occasionally for planning and events.

How you'll contribute
  • Engage with business owners and stakeholders in multiple functional areas to identify and document key program launch goals, priorities, work streams, and deliverables
  • Build quick-turn deliverables from scratch while working against long-term timelines and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients daily, guiding processes to advance and improve program launch
  • Communicate progress, status, and summarized updates of launch plans to internal and external audiences
  • Stakeholder insights and management - create decks, send succinct status emails and reports, fosters excellent landing experience, compile rigorous and impactful documentation
  • Navigate understanding of corporate policies and global standards to ensure smooth implementations
  • Work with internal partners effectively and closely to create quick wins
  • Ensure that program costs meet financial targets, and track program deliverables against defined critical metrics

  • Your skills and approach
  • 1-3 years experience in Project or program operations/management background
  • Prior tech/cloud courses or internships, or related tech industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Expertise in engaging with a wide range of audiences from end users to senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Enterprise-level communications experience; preferably with technology clients/companies
  • Strong O365 skills; fast learner; interest in product marketing
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multitask within competing priorities, program schedules, and business needs
  • Strong business insight and KPI/reporting capability
  • Excellent customer relationship and meeting/presentation skills
  • The salary range for this role is $48,000-$86,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
