The Team & the Role

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Athens to help us grow globally. Expect this to be a hands-on role, as Plum is growing fast and there are plenty of opportunities to make a big impact. You’ll bring your own individual perspective to the team and play an important part in helping us spread the word about Plum across the world 🌎

What You Will Do

  • Own the full cycle recruitment, from start to finish, including outreach/sourcing, interviewing and offer
  • Implement recruitment strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for assigned positions
  • Focus on data - you keep track of hiring goals and KPIs by providing accurate, clear and regularly cadenced reporting on the recruiting pipelines
  • Working closely with the Talent Team to make sure an efficient hiring process is in place
  • Collaborating with the People Team on anything related to employer brand, culture, people and general happiness
  • Provide a five-star experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience sourcing/recruiting in a fast-paced, start-up environment, preferably a fintech
  • Experience with tech recruitment, is a plus
  • Fluent speaker of English
  • Experience using Workable ATS is a plus
  • Good judgement on what great talent looks like in view of Plum
  • Someone collaborative who is full of fresh ideas but can also follow guidelines and meet deadlines
  • A mature and responsible individual who can take ownership of their work making sure the ball doesn't drop
