If you care deeply about helping others and are eager to join a collaborative, innovative community where you will be encouraged and supported to thrive both personally and professionally, Blackbird is a great place to advance your career. Our clinicians are integral to the success of our patients and our mission, and we are excited to welcome more compassionate, inspired thought leaders to our growing clinical team.

We want your time here to be the most meaningful of your career. Join us, and help change mental health care for kids for the better.

Blackbird’s Mission
Our mission at Blackbird is to provide precision care with powerful outcomes for children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with social developmental and school-related challenges. We believe that our youth deserve the very best care, not only for their physical health but also their mental health. Through an integrated community-centered care approach, our skilled clinical team delivers exceptional virtual and in-person care across a wide range of specialties.

  • Opportunities to support your professional growth as our organization grows, regardless of what career growth looks like to you
  • Our team is made up of intelligent, humble, compassionate, and hardworking people. Joining us means you'll have an automatic network to turn to for best practices, professional development, and opportunities to share your expertise

  • Comply with minimum clinical time expectations per week after onboarding and acclimation to the role
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress
  • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

About You
You will be a great fit for our team if you have:

  • A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families
