Team Summary:

The Client Services team is always interested in individuals with experience acting as the day-to-day client contact and managing campaigns from kickoff to completion. We are responsible for the oversight of multiple campaigns across different pharma companies and therapeutic areas to drive overall success and completion. We work with the pharma client, agencies, and all stakeholders involved to understand brand goals and strategic imperatives, aligning them with campaign content and strategy.

 

Experience We Seek:

  • Proven history of building successful client relationships, preferably with brand managers at pharmaceutical companies/agencies
  • History of working with clients to craft campaigns in the HCP space (open to experience in DTC) to meet client goals and deliver on time
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to think quickly and problem-solve
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight deadline environment, an organized and autonomous worker
  • Travel as much as 1x per quarter for team meetings
