About the Role: 

  • Position Overview: We are seeking a Brand Marketing Lead, UK to lead the charge in building our brand in the United Kingdom. This isn’t just any marketing role – it’s an opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a new and growing market. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, blending the strategic rigor of a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with the agility and innovation of a start-up.
  • This role will report to the Head of International
  • This is a full-time (remote) role with company benefits based out of London, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy tailored to the UK market, aligning with our global brand mission and values.
  2. Market Insights: Conduct deep market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitive dynamics to inform our brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the UK audience
  3. Campaign Excellence: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, out of home, PR, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  4. Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Retail Marketing: Collaborate with our retail team to bring our brand to life in store
  6. Agency Management: Build and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  7. Budgeting: Manage brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  9. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional team members in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a significant portion spent in both CPG and start-up environments.
  • Experience in the personal care, cosmetics, and/or beauty industries preferred.
  • Proven success in launching and growing brands in new markets.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in new markets.
  • Deep understanding of the UK market and its unique consumer dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluence in an additional European language is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
