Work Scheduled: Monday - Thursday 9 am-6pm EST and Friday 9 am - 3pm with two late night coverage, on occasion Saturdays
Salary Range (non Exempt): 45-50K with up to 16K Bonus potential based on department goals.
Candidates can reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI
What you will be doing:
- Provide information and assistance about career development, career search and careers
- Interview new students to obtain employment history, education, and assist with career goals
- Identify barriers to employment
- Maintain ongoing communications with students and graduates
- Assist students with job readiness skills and with job search strategies
- Maintain student records through the campus database (Salesforce)
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers through frequent communication and networking
- Solicit and follow up on job orders from employers
- Counsel and advise students and graduates regarding professional development and career success strategies
- Provide graduates with job leads and track information in the campus database
- Oversee job postings, registrations, and applications on job placement website
- Follow up regularly with non-placed graduates and assist where needed
- Maintain database of employer contacts and placement status of students
- Keep student portal/share point sites updated with announcements, links, and other employment-related documents
- Comply and report placement statistics as required by state, accrediting, and federal agencies
- Initiate contact with potential employers to establish mutually beneficial hiring collaborations, catering to both immediate staffing requirements and long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Act as a liaison between students/graduates and employers, fostering productive communication and mutual understanding to facilitate successful job placements.

Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Knowledge of IT certifications a plus
- Experience in recruiting, career services and/or sales environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
