We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Lead with extensive experience in managing and nurturing vibrant gaming communities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and will have a proven track record of community management success within the video game industry and at least 3 years of experience in Web3 community management. You will be a hands-on storyteller who collaborates with internal teams to manage and grow our global community of players and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow, retain, and monetize an audience of both Web3 and traditional gamers.
- Identify and capitalize on trends within the Web3, blockchain, and gaming spaces.
- Collaborate with our IP partners to create synergy across the brand and ensure alignment across publishing efforts.
- Execute exceptional multi-channel community engagement campaigns to attract, grow, and retain our user base.
- Develop and maintain consistent messaging and branding across all community channels and partnerships.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with platform holders, investors, other Web3 projects, and brand partners.
- Oversee content creation for all community engagement channels.
- Foster engagement and create a strong sense of belonging among our players.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Web3 community management.
- Proven track record of growing and nurturing communities in Web3.
- Experience sourcing and executing meaningful strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
- Passion for gaming and Web3 with a belief in the potential for Web3 technology to revolutionize the gaming industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed and remote team environment.
