Job Opportunity: Senior Design Manager (Fit-Out) – Remote based in London or Midlands - £65k-£80k + Bonus + Car Allowance

Your Role

As a Senior Design Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end design processes for their most prestigious fit-out projects. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who thrives on innovation, inspires creativity, and continually pushes the boundaries of commercial interior design. Key responsibilities include:

Leading design processes from concept to completion.
Innovating and inspiring creative solutions.
Managing and nurturing a talented team of designers.
Conducting site visits to ensure project alignment and quality.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

8+ years in commercial interior design, with a specialisation in fit-out projects.
A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
A proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
