The opportunity

The Vice President of Revenue is responsible for leading TA’s world-class North American sales team to acquire clients and drive teams to achieve and exceed sales and growth goals. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of Revenue will play a key role in developing members and leaders of the team, creating and executing sales strategies, generating new revenue, expanding existing accounts, rep accountability and leadership activities including hiring, coaching, and management of team performance to goal.

What you'll do

  • Manage Client Success and US Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Sales Development sales leaders and sales teams to reach and exceed sales goals
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goal
  • Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Oversee and implement performance management across the entire revenue organization 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting key customer relationships
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around TA offerings 
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting
  • Develop processes and reporting to provide accurate revenue guidance to the CRO and the business
  • Create sales reports, understand the data, and provide actionable insights
  • Attend sales meetings alongside the sales team and sales leaders to advance sales opportunities
  • Collaborate and execute sales onboarding, training, and coaching
  • Oversee all platforms and ensure compliance and utilization of  the Sales Tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, ZoomInfo, LI Navigator

 

Who you are

  • Our ideal candidate has at least 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience and 4+ years in B2B Technology overseeing large teams. 
  • Successful candidates have a proven track record of leading their team(s) to achieve revenue goals, sales growth, profitability, and new market penetration. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fast learner with and passion for sales
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Proven experience working with a fast-paced growth-oriented organization
  • Experience managing Directors
  • Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep and leader progress against expectations
  • Proven success utilizing Salesforce to manage team activity, pipeline, and closing data
  • Successful experience selling and leading in B2B Tech
  • Proven and demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.   

Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

$300,000$400,000 USD
