The Five9 Education Services team is looking for an LMS Administrator to help manage the learning operations within our fast our growing company.  In this role you will use your learning design, technical, and organizational skills to manage the many activities involved with running a training operation thought our Five9 University platform.   

As a key contributor to the Education Services Team, we are looking for an extremely organized, self-managed individual who can work well with various teams to help ensure we have a stable and accessible learning platform that supports our learners to be most effective in their roles at Five9. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of the Five9 University LMS (Docebo) with the goal of maintaining an engaging user experience and ensuring content consistency.   
  • Configure, customize, and test the learning system to include system settings, user management, permissions, automated workflows, catalogs, pages, course assignments, notifications, integrations with other systems, and reporting. 
  • Coordinate LMS related activities with key stakeholders such as IT, technical trainers, content providers and internal departments, to build and maintain a consistent and reliable learning environment. 
  • Coordinate all Instructor Led session enrollments and bring new ways to automate or increase efficiencies for employees, partners, and customers. 
  • Build and manage a governance process to validate and approve content and system changes, as well as establishing and maintaining taxonomy and naming conventions. 
  • Oversee the content publishing process by coordinating the input of content from other internal departments. 
  • Document system settings and usage procedures. 
  • Work closely with IT on integrations, user management and system testing, representing the end-user and business experience. Provide sign-off for on system changes representing end users. 
  • Research, configure, and test system enhancements and vendor updates. 
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across organizational systems, as well as ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. 
  • Collaborate with other participating learning teams on how to best deliver learning assets in the system by making recommendations for packaging content that ensures the best learner experience. 
  • Participate in strategic planning for continued expansion and development of system capabilities. 
  • Manage communications to external users (customers and partners) and internally. 

 

 

Key Requirements: 

  • Experience with the Docebo, or other enterprise-level Learning Management System 
  • Salesforce experience 
  • 3+ years configuration experience with learning management systems 
  • Experience implementing and managing enterprise-level software tools. 
  • Experience building and documenting process for tools management/governance and gaining buy-in from multiple organizations. 
  • High attention to detail and ability to keep simultaneous activities well organized.  
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator. 
  • Strong business writing skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office365 applications.  
  • Ability to learn cloud-based applications quickly. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Desire to work in a learning or education field. 
  • A degree in Education and/or Computer Science or related field. 
  • Experience with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom.  
  • Experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based applications. 

 

This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below.
$61,100$115,800 USD
