Qualifications:
3+ years experience in Account Management/Customer Success/Customer Engineering, Experience supporting customers in GCP ecosystem, Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and German.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop deep understanding of business, cloud management platform, and customer needs
- Maintain ownership of customers, manage support escalations, and identify revenue opportunities
- Negotiate long-term commitments with stakeholders, identify cost optimization opportunities
- Establish regular engagement with customers, provide feedback to engineering teams, and deliver quarterly reviews
- Work with Cloud Vendors Sales Rep on mutual customers
