As the North America Sales Marketing Associate Director, you are the key responsible to develop our sales packages and proposals for clients to support our Sales teams to bring to life Channel Factory value proposition and solutions that will help clients to grow their business and our company to become their strategic partner.

Your job is to understand our clients and prospects needs and work with our Product and Solutions teams to provide the best commercial solutions to our Sales organization. Your work will have a direct impact on our commercial growth and success.  You will develop our sales narrative, multiple sales presentations, one sheets, case studies, sales collaterals and client proposals that will help our sales team to close deals. You will own the conception and development of our local tentpole packages and explore partnership opportunities with other industry players to craft advantageous solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with our Global Sales Marketing leadership to localize our global narrative, global packages and global solutions adapting them to the local needs and nuances of your region. Additionally, you will provide them with sales intelligence, marketing tools, and other resources to support their efforts.

Responsibilities include: 
  • Work with our North America Sales team to understand clients' and prospects' needs and develop sales proposals and packages that will drive Channel Factory business growth
  • Work in collaboration with our Strategy, Product, and Solutions teams to identify opportunities to develop new solutions for our clients
  • Identify and qualify potential customers and partners within the target market and provide intelligence for our sales teams
  • Collaborate with global marketing and global sales marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Collaborate with our Global and North America Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams to develop our Sales Strategy and Go-to-market initiatives
  • Identify potential clients and support the Sales team in building our sales pipeline
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to the needs of each client
  • Track and measure conversion rate of our proposals and client feedback 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Creation of sales marketing collateral like one-sheets, decks, case studies, etc
  • Lead the creation, ideation, and execution of large-scale client programs and proposals. Work closely with sales and strategy to deliver the best foot forward for Channel Factory when it comes to client proposals, tentpoles, etc. 
  • Work with marketing/research to infuse sales enablement tools with data on their industry, vertical, and company. 
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams in the creation of agency and brand launches, roadshows, and upfronts
  • Help tell the story of Channel Factory’s programs after they’ve run to incentivize clients to return

Requirements

    • Experience on the publisher/platform side (Google, Meta, TikTok, TV networks, media groups) developing with sales narratives, sales packages and proposals is highly desirable
    • Operate in ambiguous environments, understanding and anticipating client needs.
    • Serve as the main point of contact, driving projects from conception through completion
    • Ability to collaborate with the global marketing sales team and cross functional teams to localize solutions to your region
    • Ability to work with and guide the design team on key projects. You also need to be able to work well in PPT/Google Suite and put together a proposal without the input in design whenever needed
    • Ability to work well in PPT, Google Suite. This position requires a great storyteller that can craft our narrative, and deliver presentations that will be the foundation of our commercial growth
    • Ability to formulate ideas and support them confidently, while collaborating with senior team members.
    • Think innovatively and outside the box, seeking new approaches and solutions in a dynamic environment.
