What You’ll Be Doing:

- Growing net new and existing customer revenue, selling into our top target accounts

- Owning the complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our product’s outcomes, using a consultative approach

- Becoming a trusted advisor to the C-suite in the Voluntary Carbon Market

- Collaborating with BDR’s and Marketing to optimize our go-to-market strategy

Who You Are:

- You have 6+ years of B2B sales experience at the MM/Enterprise level; ClimaTech is a big bonus

- You’re in the top 5% in terms of performance against quota and have the track record to back it up

- You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in Demand Generation and Pipeline Velocity

- You love to write and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways

- You’re an accomplished project manager and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

- You have strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach

- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment

- The words “not my job” are not in your vocabulary


Salary Range: $100000 - $115000 basic salary + Commission + Equity + Package
