About This Role

As a Treasury Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in our Accounting department’s Treasury function, handling monthly bank reconciliations and daily cash activities. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external lenders, ensuring smooth financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing bank deposits, cash transfers, and generating weekly cash forecasts. You'll also help resolve treasury-related queries and develop policies and procedures. You will prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while honing your skills for career advancement.

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include

• Overseeing daily cash activity such as bank deposits, internal cash transfers, and wires
• Serves as the trusted point of contact for external lenders and escrow
• Responsible for monthly bank account reconciliations
• Generating weekly cash forecasting
• Assist with Treasury related tasks including investigation and resolution of queries
• Assist with Treasury Management System implementation
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Partner in the development of Treasury policies, procedures, operational controls, and standards
   

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline strongly preferred
• Experienced in MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills and banking programs required
• 1+ years of experience in Treasury or Loan Processing or in a similar role required
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Accounting Seed and Salesforce is a plus

Hours & Compensation  

This is a full-time position paying $29.08/hr - $40.86/hr. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
