Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. This role involves building automation using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Pipedream, as well as custom API calls and scripting (mainly using JavaScript and/or Python). The ideal candidate will also help manage other automation developers, oversee projects, and interact with clients via email, Slack, and Zoom calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development: Build and maintain automation processes using Make.com, Zapier, Pipedream, and custom scripting in JavaScript and Python.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate custom API calls to enhance automation capabilities.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide other automation developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions via email, Slack, and Zoom calls.
• Project Management: Utilize project management tools like Monday.com and ClickUp to organize and track project progress.

Qualifications:

• Analyze and understand financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Make.com, Zapier, JavaScript, Python, and API integration.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in automation engineering.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive).
