About the Role
As a key part of World’s Corporate Operations, the Carrier Administration and Credentials Teams work closely with all World Insurance branches and our insurance carriers to ensure seamless access to accurate carrier codes. Our Carrier Credentials Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:
 

  • Oversee and maintain the carrier integration Salesforce database program
  • Update the carrier integration database during the onboarding and offboarding of World colleagues and addition of new acquisition carrier codes.
  • Coordinate with World’s outside vendors for carrier credentials initiatives and database maintenance
  • Recommend process and procedure improvements to our current workflows and new database workflows.
  • Communicate with carriers and create site login credentials for agents, administrators, and all other World employees as needed
  • Coordinate with newly acquired agencies to streamline credentials integration process
  • Operate within company’s workflows and procedures
  • Evaluate KPIs to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Perform other special projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications
 
  • 1 - 3 years of Salesforce database experience
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in the insurance industry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency and ability to balance and meet competing deliverables
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Project management skills including highly organized, collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use creativity to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
  • Desire to be challenged in a rapidly growing, continuously evolving environment
