QA Automation - Remote

QA Automation Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual testing, regression, integration, and performance testing.
2. Write efficient, reliable, and scalable test automation scripts. 
3. Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality
4. Identify quality issues and create test reports.
5. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery practices
6. Design, write, and execute detailed test cases across all functional areas of the application.
7. Keep all test documentation up to date, including test cases, and test reports.
8. Create test data required to perform testing
9. Ensure readiness for production implementation by creating and facilitating the review of the Test Strategy

QA Automation Engineer Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
2. Have 10-12 years of experience in QA automation testing
3. Have sufficient technical knowledge to inspect backend API responses and determine potential causes for an issue
4. Strong knowledge of SQL
5. Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser testing
6. Ability to write and execute automation scripts for mobile apps and web apps
7. Experience with Postman for API testing, Jasmine framework, Karma, Protractor framework, Selenium, WebdriverIO
8. Experience with Healthcare/ Health Plan Projects will be a plus
9. Experience with Section 508 compliance testing will be a plus
